At Warriors Mind Sportswear we want every warrior to be proud of their armor. If for any reason an item doesn’t work for you, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Return Conditions

Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and unused
Tags and original packaging must be intact
You must provide your order number and invoice (proof of purchase)
Any item returned in unsuitable condition (damaged, worn, washed) will not be accepted

Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible for a different size of the same item, subject to availability
The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order once the refund has been processed

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you a confirmation by email
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider
Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Multiple Returns (WM Advantage)

To help you save on costs, you may return multiple items and multiple orders in one single package, as long as you include all related order numbers and invoices
If an invoice or order number is missing, we cannot guarantee full processing of your return
